What Warranty is included and what does it cover ?
We give a 12 month warranty with all our electrical products for peace of mind. It covers everything except accidental damage and water damage. So if you are unhappy at all just get in touch and we will sort any issues you have. We test all devices and make sure they are of the highest standard to make sure you don't have any issues. But you never know with electronics and we like our customers to be happy so we'll look after you. Internal batteries are covered too so if they aren't performing properly we'll change them for you.
Where are you based ?
We are located in Market Weighton and have FREE parking right outside our store front. We are about 15 minutes from Pocklington, 15 minutes from Beverley, 35 minutes from Hessle but way easier to park in than Hull and rarely congestion on the journey. You'll prob find you can get to us, park for free and have your device repaired before you can even get a slot anywhere in Hull
Do I need to book for a repair ?
Ideally yes but we accept walk-ins - we can guarantee a time slot if you contact us beforehand but if you have an emergency, we will do our best to accommodate you
