It is advisable, we can get very busy and it help us make sure we have the right parts for you if they happen to be a non stock item and make sre we can help look after you as fast and as timely as possible. You are more than welcome as a wlk in customer between 9am and 11am or after 3pm each day. If it's an emergency and you need urgent help call us or message us on 07934 062949

How much do repairs cost ?

Every make and model of device is different and even if you don't see a price on our website we can give you a quote and if unsure of what is actually wrong we can diagnose the issue for 25.00 (which would come off the cost of any repair bill)

Will I lose my data ?

We would always recommend you back your data prior to a repair, it's good practice to have data backed up anyhow. But so far we have never lost anyone's data in fact part of our work is recovering lost data so losing it isn't somethjig we do.
