My Phone Won’t Turn On But It’s Not Broken

The problem: Your phone has charge. The battery is fine. The screen isn’t cracked. But it just won’t turn on, or it’s stuck on the logo screen, or it boots to a black screen with nothing happening.

What’s actually wrong: Software crash, corrupted operating system, failed update, or boot loop caused by app conflicts.

My Phone Is Painfully Slow and Apps Keep Crashing

The problem: Your phone takes 30 seconds to open messages. Apps crash constantly. Typing has a delay. Everything feels laggy even though the phone isn’t that old.

What’s actually wrong: Usually software bloat, full storage, background apps consuming resources, or corrupted cache files. Sometimes it’s malware or poorly coded apps.

I Forgot My iPhone/iPad Passcode and I’m Locked Out

The problem: Your MacBook powers on, shows the Apple logo, but macOS never loads, usually because it has software problems. Or it gets to the login screen then freezes. Or it boots to a flashing question mark folder.

What’s actually wrong: Corrupted macOS installation, failed macOS update, damaged boot files, or failing SSD/hard drive.

My Computer Has a Virus/Malware and Everything’s Acting Weird

The problem: Pop-up ads everywhere. Browser redirecting to strange sites. Computer running slow. Programs you didn’t install appearing. Antivirus disabled and won’t turn back on.

What’s actually wrong: You’ve got malware,somthing causing siftware problems adware, potentially unwanted programs (PUPs), browser hijackers, or actual viruses.

Windows Updates Keep Failing or Breaking Things

The problem: Windows Update gets stuck at certain percentage. Updates download but won’t install and cause other software problems. Updates install but break your computer. “We couldn’t complete the updates, undoing changes” message every time you restart.

What’s actually wrong: Corrupted Windows Update components, insufficient free space, conflicting software, or problematic specific updates (Microsoft releases broken updates regularly).
