Every make and model of device is different and even if you don't see a price on our website we can give you a quote and if unsure of what is actually wrong we can diagnose the issue for 25.00 (which would come off the cost of any repair bill)

Will I lose my data ?

We would always recommend you back your data prior to a repair, it's good practice to have data backed up anyhow. But so far we have never lost anyone's data in fact part of our work is recovering lost data so losing it isn't somethjig we do.
