Warranty Policy for Mend My iPhone

Effective Date: 2/12/2023

1. Warranty Coverage

a. Mend My iPhone (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a 12-month warranty on repairs performed on mobile phones, laptops, Apple MacBooks, and tablets, including iPads (hereinafter referred to as “devices”). This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship arising from the repair services provided by [Your Repair Business Name].

b. The warranty period begins on the date of completion of the repair services.

2. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

a. Misuse: Any use of the device that is inconsistent with the manufacturer’s instructions or guidelines, including but not limited to unauthorized modifications, third-party repairs, or alterations not performed by [Your Repair Business Name].

b. Water Damage: Damages resulting from exposure to liquid, including but not limited to water, rain, moisture, or any other liquid substance.

c. Accidental Damage: Damages resulting from accidental drops, impacts, collisions, or other physical mishandling of the device.

d. Repairs Elsewhere: We will always guarantee our work but we will invalidate any warrant on our repairs if the fault has arisen though further repairs at another repair shop or if another repair shop has taken the device apart to inspect it.

3. Warranty Claim Procedure

a. To make a warranty claim, the customer must present the original repair invoice or proof of purchase, clearly indicating the repair services performed by Mend My iPhone

b. The customer must contact Mend My iPhone within the warranty period to report the issue and obtain instructions on how to proceed with the warranty claim.

c. Mend My iPhone will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective parts or re-perform the repair services.

4. Limitations

a. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who purchased the repair services from [Your Repair Business Name].

b. The warranty does not cover issues unrelated to the repair services provided by [Your Repair Business Name].

c. Mend My iPhone is not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of the repair services. Customers are advised to back up their data before submitting their devices for repair.

5. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of Great Britain. Any disputes arising from this warranty shall be resolved in the courts of Great Britain.

6. Modifications to the Warranty Policy

Mend My iPhone reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes through the Mend My iPhone website or other appropriate means.
