We use a piece of industry leading software made my M360 that does a 70 plus check on all phones before we buy them that fully tests all functionality including battery health, screen touch and services like earpiece sound and the all-important signal.

We visually check them after and grade them according to their look and appearance and quality.

If you disagree with our grading from what you have read and why you get you are more than welcome to return it and we will refund you in full within the first 30 days.
