Parking right outside generally for an hour, tho we never see traffic wardens.

Wednesday 9am - 5pm
Thursday 9am - 6pm

Do you do walk in repairs
Yes we do.
Please be aware that we are generally booked up at least a day to 2 days. We will do our utmost to fit you in depending on what the repair is and your own time constraints
Do you offer a warranty ?
Yes we do. Our standard warranty is 12 Months on most repairs, Samsung Original Screens are Lifetime of screen.
How can I trust you ?
We have lots of social proof in the form of reviews on Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and Yell. We don't advertise and all our customers are pretty much by referral. People on tell people they like about a business they trust. They don't tell people they don't like. We have a large number of businesses that use us and we can get you references if necessary.
How do I know my data is safe ?
Trust. Part of our work involves data recovery and not data loss. Whilst it's not impossible; it's never happened yet and under some circumstances we back up data before we start work. We also never keep of any customer data or information that we've had/used/transferred as part of our work for you. It is deleted and not kept longer than it takes to complete the work.
Repair Times FAQ
How long does it take to replace an iPhone battery?
If you have a booked appointment, generally 20 minutes upto an iPhone 11, 45 minutes for standard iPhones12 and up, and 1hour for pro and pro max versions
How long does an Android battery replacement take ?
We require an hour to do Androids due the sheer number of screws and construction.
How long does an iPhone screen repair take ?
Gnerally 30 minutes if booked.
How lond does an Android Screen take ?
Between 1 and 2 hours depending on the model

What device you own ?
Your device has a model number/name and this is generally in settings-about on most devices, this model number helps us more quickly identify the part cost and how we can help you. Without this, particularly if you are unsure some devices have the model number on the back and certainly on the box if you still have it. Without that info we would need to see the device to work out what it is

Do you repair? FAQ
Do you repair Airpods ?
We DO NOT repair Airpods. They require specialist testing and repair equipment we have chosen not to invest it.
Do you repair iPods ?
No we don't. We don't like working on them. We can recommend a trusted local repair company that do - just send us a message enquiry form and we will give you their details
Do you repair Apple Watches or other Smart Watches of any typre ?
No we don't but if you want to fill out an enquiry form we will give you the name of a trusted local company who does.
