iPhone Related :
iPad and iPhones since iOS 16 have been a bit troublesome. The screens go black, they freeze, weird things happen. To fix it we do a simple thing called a hard reset. You will NOT lose any information. All you have to do is the following. If you can dim the screen by pressing the power button on the right hand side do it then…VOL UP once, VOL DOWN once, then press and hold the POWER BUTTON and keep holding it (DO NOT SLIDE TO POWER OFF!) and in 12-15 seconds the Apple logo will re-appear, now you can let go. in 9 out of 10 cases this fixes the glitch, restarts a blanks screen and more.

Yes we repair almost all makes and models of phones we can get parts for. We don’t stock many android parts as they aren’t as commonly repaired as iPhones. We can normally get almost any part required to help you next day and repair the same day. So if you come and see us or contact us about a repair before 4pm we can have the part the next day and have it repaired by the same time that day. So you’ll be back up and running in 24 hours of less from speaking to us.
Windows Computer Related :
We repair most faults within 2-3 days, we also offer a 24 hour priority service (subject to availability of parts if needed). If we need to order parts then we can normally get these next day delivery. We realise how difficult being without your computer can be and we will always try to get it back to you as quickly as possible.
We will always offer you a fixed price for the repair, once diagnosed and before repair, for example if your laptop screen needs replacing we will give you a total price for the work before starting. In the event we need to diagnose the fault first we charge £20 labour which is waived if you go ahead with the repair. We don’t want you to have any nasty surprises; we want you to know exactly what your repair will cost before we complete the work.

We repair a lot of damaged hinges. It’s a common fault. They are generally badly designed screwing metal into plastic. We generally repair using slow curing epoxy resin and it’s a cheaper, reliable fix compared to replacing the parts or the entire computer !
We can bypass, change or remove Windows login details including links to Microsoft Live accounts letting you get back into your computer again.

Yes we do. We don’t stock them in-store but we have suppliers that can generally get us them in 24/48 hours. We can help you identify which one you need and source it for you.

Generally speaking if there are no updates available it will mean your ipad has reached the end of it’s upgrade cycle.

Yes we can. we have an 80% success rate after 10 years of perfecting our method. Rice doesn’t work by the way so don’t waste good food.
Yes we do. We have a fast turnaround if we know the device is coming and we can plan the parts we need. Most are done and back in the post the same day we get them. We send back via Royal Mail Special Delivery for £8.50.
Yes. We are VAT registered too, as that may help. We work with a lot of businesses already to keep them connected as fast as possible.
