I’m not a “quick look” phone shop.

I don’t compete on the cheapest price, shout about speed, or pretend modern devices are simple anymore. That model made sense years ago. It doesn’t now.

Phones, laptops, and tablets have become more complex, more locked-down, and more confusing by design. Big manufacturers control the messaging, large retailers push replacement over repair, and customers are left trying to make decisions based on warning messages, percentages, and half-information.

My job is to cut through that noise.

What I actually do

I help people understand what’s really going on with their device, what matters, what doesn’t, and what the sensible options are — whether that’s repair, replacement, or doing nothing at all.

Sometimes that leads to a repair.

Sometimes it saves you wasting money on one.

Either way, you leave with clarity, not guesswork.

I don’t fix phones for the sake of fixing phones.

I remove problems properly.

Why I work the way I do

For years, independent repair shops ran on walk-ins, free advice, and constant interruption. That world is gone.

Modern repairs require:

proper diagnosis

uninterrupted bench time

realistic expectations

and honest conversations

So the business now runs on booked time and paid diagnostics. Not to be awkward — but to make sure every device gets the attention it deserves, and every customer gets a straight answer.
