Drop your device off with us at your appointment time. If it's a battery repair or something we have told you won't take long you are more than welcome to stay in our waiting area. You will likely be kept company by Jen our friendly border collie.

Leave the hard work to us. We will do what we have agreed with you then message you to let you know it's ready to collect.

Collect and pay for device. For any repair where we don't carry the part you will be asked to pay in advance in full for the repair.
